I found meditation many years ago when I first sat in my spiritual circles. It did take a while to really train myself to enjoy the full benefits of meditation. If you can even find 10 minutes a day to practice you will reap the benefits in your daily lives and will enhance you spiritual growth.
Not only do I use mediation for my connections with spirit guides and angels, I use it for relaxation. I find a lot of my spiritual questions answered within meditation. It’s so difficult to explain to clients and friends how it makes you feel and how it can help with all aspects of our daily lives.
Physical Benefits of Meditation
With meditation, the physiology undergoes a change and every cell in the body is filled with more energy. The results are joy, peace, enthusiasm as the level of energy in the body increases.

So you can see all the positives with mediation practice, what are you waiting for! Give it a try as you have nothing to lose but 20 minutes or so of your time and so much to gain.
You will find many guided meditations on You Tube. Listening to guided meditations is the best way to start as this will train your mind to switch off from our everyday thoughts, worries and concerns. I always say try and experience it before you say it’s not for me or I can’t do it. I call it a “Brain Holiday”. As humans our brains are always on the go so as we rest our bodies why not rest our minds?
I often listen to Jason Stephenson who has a channel on YouTube as I connected with him and his voice the very first time I listen to one of his many amazing meditations. But you will have to find what resonates with you as we are all different and what works for me many not work for you. Try a few different mediations and you will know which one you connect with and enjoy listening too.
Once you become trained you will be able to meditate anywhere, even without music or guidance. I have mini meditations at my desk at work when I feel I need it to settle my mind or mood and it works wonders. The main thing is to enjoy it and gain from it what you need at each time you meditate. Remember meditation makes you aware that your inner attitude determines your happiness.
